Contrary to new european laws authorizing the addition of fatty vegetal materials and to respect tradition and taste, all our chocolates are guaranteed pure cocoa butter, without preservatives, or any synthetic products.

Our chocolates are produced on-site in our chocolate shop in Habay-La-Neuve, guaranteeing freshness and quality.

Our vintage production methods are made up of a selection of quality raw materials, each known by its location and origin.

Our recipes are imagined in order to respect the taste of each product. Their originality offers to each the opportunity to find a suitable flavor.

We are constantly looking for new products for you to discover, and are listening to our customers for better personalisation.

TIPS

Like all red wines of decent origin, our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature (18-20°C)

It is recommended to savour them in the days following their purchase.

Our objective is to satisfy your needs and give the best answers to your expectations.

Do avoid thermal shocks due to radical change in temperature; they will induce whitening of your chocolates.

For businesses:

We guarantee the freshness of our chocolates: they can be stored for a maximum of one month, starting on the day of shipping.

In window stores, the ideal temperature lies between 14 and
16°C.
Recommended percentage of air humidity: between 55 and 60%.

Avoid thermal shocks due to radical changes in temperature while moving the chocolates between storage and store windows: they will induce whitening of your chocolates.
